Hi, My name is Janna S. Waters.
I get to have the fun of drawing the 'Otis' cartoon .
Otis is the Boxer owned by Scott Childers of Hamilton County Collision and Towing on Main Street in Sheridan. Many people locally have seen and know Otis. they also know that Otis can be quite a lovable character.
This site will feature Otis' adventures that have appeared in the Hamilton County North Reporter, as well as NEW ones that have not, both the original black and white, and color versions. I invite your comments and suggestions for the cartoon, and would love to hear from you.
